You can filter samples that you would like displayed by checking the sample's row in the table. You can use the search box to limit which samples are shown in the table. You can search for multiple terms and regular expressions are allowed. If no samples are selected, all samples are shown.

Pick which test you wish to use using the Statistical Test Selection. A form to set the parameters for the test will appear to the right. You can stack statistical filters by selecting them in the order that you want them to be performed.

Use the textarea below left to insert a custom script that will filter the results. Documentation and examples can be found on the help page.
